Higher-Vision: The Workshop — A Women’s Vision Board Party for the Soul

Every year, I host an event that fills me up in the most meaningful way—Higher-Vision: The Workshop. This isn’t just a vision board party; it’s a soulful, women-centered gathering designed to help us realign, reflect, and step boldly into the year ahead.

This year’s workshop brought together an amazing group of women from all walks of life—triathletes, professionals , mothers and creatives. Though our paths may differ, we shared a common purpose: to connect with like-minded women, get grounded in our intentions, and manifest our visions for the year to come.

We began with a sound bath meditation, giving ourselves permission to pause, breathe, and clear mental clutter. This gentle practice helped open our hearts and minds to the work ahead. To deepen the experience, we offered herbal tea, in partnership with Kikoko brands—a plant-based boost to help spark creativity, mindfulness, and a more intuitive connection to our inner voice.

I guided us through a powerful, reflective writing exercise that invited us to go inward before we went outward. We journaled about clarity, growth, and what truly matters—laying the foundation for the vision boards we created afterward.

Magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and inspiration flew across the table as we crafted physical representations of our dreams, goals, and intentions.

Of course, no gathering of women is complete without good food and thoughtful details. We sipped on infused waters, shared stories, and enjoyed a gorgeous grazing board from The Social Grazing Company—a true spread of beauty and balance.

There’s something magical that happens when women gather with purpose. We laughed, reflected, created, and held space for one another. By the end of the afternoon, we all felt recharged, deeply connected, and spiritually aligned.
